Ordering from be means that you accept my TOS. Not knowing the rules doesn't exempt you from following them. They're publically avalible and I send a link each time you order a commision.

Failing to follow it will result in an immediate blacklist.I reserve the rights to cancel your order at any given time if you make me uncomfortable or if I'm no longer able to work on it. Keep in mind that I have a private life,
keep snarky comments like "why is it so expensive" and "why am I waiting this long" to yourself and don't bother with me.

• 1. Please refrain from asking me about your progress too often - I can assure you you're most likely not the only one in the queue.
1.2) If I stay quiet for 2-3 weeks, feel free to boop me via DMs, as I have memory issues.
• 2. I require clean visual reference for me to work with. You're free to provide more reference pictures if needed!
2.1) I do not work with descriptions, unless it's a custom
2.2) I use filters and effects on my artwork which can result in the colors shifting a bit. You can ask me to not add them
2.3) If you provide me with a photo of your character, please keep in mind that I'm not able to prefectly colour pick from it.
• 3. I do not allow editing, colouring or gaining profit from my work, unless discussed beforehand. You will be blacklisted on the spot.
• 4. Make sure to credit me when reposting your commision!
• 5. I have the rights to advertise and share my work, if you're uncomfortable with that don't work with me.
• 6. Stickers commisions are limited to 15 stickers per pack

• 1. For forigners I accept payments via Paypal/kofi. For Poles I also accept Blik/Bank transfers.
1.1) Full payment is done before or after the sketch.
1.2) Installments are possible only for trusted/retutning clients. These are discussed individually and are non-refundable.
• 2. After the full payment you'll be put on the wait list. You can look at Trello or ask me about the waitlist.
2.1) I do not work with deadlines
2.2) I start working only after I recieve a full payment.
2.3) Price can be increased if you character is complex! Please be aware that what might be simple to you, might be complex to me!
• 3. Changes are free up to the sketch and unifinished lineart stage, past that each rework is 4€/20PLN.
• 4. Any additional character is 80%+ of the original price.
• 5. If you'd like me to work with a deadline, inform me beforehand! I will tell you if it's viable.

• 1. Refunds are done via paypal
• 2. You will only recieve 30% of what you paid, if you decide on a refund at any stage - tips aren't included. I will also give you what I drew if you'd like me to
• 3. If I decide to cancel your order you will receive a full refund. I may not be able to pay in full immediately.
• 4. If I find out there's a major beware on you, you will be automatically blacklisted and no refund will be issued.
