I speak Polish as well as English. Sometimes English causes me minor problems, but I can get along as well as possible.
Ordering from me means that you accept the terms and conditions.
not knowing the TOS DOES NOT exempt you from the rules of abiding by it, it's public and I always send a link when you're ordering a commission.

Payment and time
1) I accept payment via paypal/ko-fi. For polish fellas I also accept blik and bank transfers.
2) I'm only doing free changes on sketch stage and UNFINISHED lineart. After this i charge you for every change on lineart/coloring stage - 5$/4€/20PLN.
3) Additional character on ANY drawing is +100% of the original price.
4)As soon as you accept the terms and conditions, you deposit money and land on the wait list. (ask about the list or look at linked trello)
5) The waiting time for an art is between 2 months and 1,5 year.
6) ! I start work only from the moment I inform you. Not from the moment the payment is received !
7) The prices on my price sheet are base prices. They can increase depending on complexity of design.
8) At the time of ordering, you must tell me if you need art for a specific date. I will inform you if it will be done for the date you choose.

Refunds
! I DO REFUNDS ONLY BY PAYPAL !
1) Once you have paid I won't make 100% refund.
2) I have the right to cancel the job at any stage for a variety of reasons. (I don't do it at all, as long as the customer doesn't make me feel REALLY uncomfortable))
..2.1) If the client have huge beware/broke my TOS - I immediately put them on blacklist and won't give them ANY refund.
..2.2) If I or the CLIENT cancels the commission (no matter at what stage and for what reason) the client gets 30% back from the original price (does not apply to tips).

General
1) wanna know how is the progress? ASK!
2) Please, remind me every 2-3 weeks about your order due to my memory problems. Thank you.
3) I require a clean digital Reference of your character.
..3.1) I do not accept Sketch references or characters from "description". Drawings from descriptions are counted as separate customs.
4) There is a categorical prohibition on coloring, editing my lineart/artwork, and other things. This will momentarily cause blacklisting and non-recommendation for failure to comply with my rules.
5) As a customer, you have the right to use and publish my artwork, but only when it is properly credited.
6) I have the right to promote myself with the art I made for you. (which means - I can add it to my price sheet, and use it as an example for my commissions).
7) Artwork is watermarked on every stage. I won't remove my watermark and it's non-negotiable.
8) I'm using some effects on my artwork, so be aware that can change the colors of your character slightly.
9) I can ask you at any time not to use the design/artwork that I created IF; the person Does not comply with my ToS, behaves inappropriately, or does inappropriate acts i.e. aggressive attitude, breaking the rules, obstructing work.
10) I take stickers commission limited to a maximum of 15 stickers per pack (only in packs! i can do single ones too)
11) I CAN and WILL refuse to refund money, finish the artwork and i WILL block you if you made me feel too much uncomfortable like asking about my genitals, any sort of sexual things or anything like that
